Energy Balancing

Energy balancing exercises to ground your body, balance hormones, and strengthen the mind-body connection. Techniques to use your hands to move energy in your own body where energy is the medicine. This includes tapping, chakra work, gentle movement, acupressure.

Meditation Practice

Meditations to ease anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. Great to listen to before bed if you have trouble sleeping or simply want to feel more relaxed. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Yoga Nidra Practice

During yoga nidra you will enter a calming state for the mind and body through guided meditation. The practice creates physical and mental activities that change brain waves to release emotional tension, slow down the nervous system, and allow muscles to relax.

Yoga for Fertility
Yoga poses can help with reducing stress, improving circulation, and increasing flexibility (especially in the pelvic and hip area.) Having improved circulation, flexibility and lower stress levels can better prepare the body for having a baby.

 WHO IS A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

Any women trying to get pregnant…Even If….

•You’re over 40

•You have poor egg quality

•You have had failed IVF or IUI cycles

•You have diminished ovarian reserve

•You have PCOS

•You have fibroids

•You have low AMH or high FSH

•You have endometriosis

•You’ve miscarried before

•You have unexplained infertility

•You have other complicated conditions

•You have gut or digestive issues

WHO IS THIS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM NOT A GOOD FIT FOR?

•If you’ve gone through menopause and/over 50 (*you will gain health benefits, but goal is not fertility)

•If both of your tubes are severely blocked and you are not pursuing medical intervention (can help with some cases of blocked tubes)

•If you’re not willing to actually follow the program and commit to your health

AM I LIMITED TO VEGETABLES AND SALADS?

Absolutely not! A common misconception about eating clean or eating vegetarian is that your options are limited. This is simply untrue, there are plenty of meat substitutes that provide an incredible amount of protein. They’re filling, fibrous, and easier for your body to process than actual “processed” food. Trust me, you’ll be eating a lot more than juices and fruit salads. Your choice, your program!

 

WILL THIS HARM ME IF I AM PREGNANT? WHAT IF I’M BREASTFEEDING?

You’ll never be pressured to take supplements or unnatural substances that would cause disruption in your body. This is simply a switch to more organic, healthy foods as opposed to whatever it is you may have been eating before! You’ll want to drink more fluids and eat a bit more protein than usual, otherwise you’ll be perfectly fine. Of course, always consult your doctor.

 

CAN I DO THIS IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

This is where I highly recommend sharing the meal plans with your physician before starting. You can always adjust the meals to accommodate your health needs! While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your physician before beginning this or any program

Not at all, these recipes are designed to cater to those who need an especially clean diet. No matter what your eating habits look like now, this plan will help you to make them better.

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Due to the digital nature of the program, I am not able to offer a refund. You will receive the materials via email right away when you sign up. The calls will be recorded so you can submit any questions in advance and then watch the recording at your convenience.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, you can join for one month to try it out and cancel anytime.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO SEE RESULTS? SHOULD I WAIT TO START UNTIL...

The sooner you start, the better! You don’t need to wait to start for any reason. Generally, women get results between 3-6 months. The soonest I’ve ever seen a client get pregnant was after one month.

If preparing for IVF or medicated cycle, I recommend doing the membership program 3 months in advance. However, the membership program can still help you immediately if you’re starting a new fertility treatment cycle this month. It’s never too late to start!
